About Rumah Jawa

Welcome to Rumah Jawa – Traditions in a Javanese home. Since 1995, Irien Damayanti has been bringing the rich culture and cuisine of Java to Belgium. Passionate about sharing her Indonesian roots, Rumah Jawa offers authentic dishes and cultural experiences.

At Rumah Jawa, you can enjoy a varied selection of Javanese dishes, including rice tables, main courses, snacks, and desserts. All dishes are freshly prepared and can be delivered or picked up.

We also organize workshops on Indonesian culture, such as Javanese ceremonies, traditional clothing, dance, and music. Workshops are suitable for small groups and can be held on-site or at our location.
